John Latham, President
John Latham takes great pride in selecting products that bear his family’s name. As company president, he has solid relationships with the industry’s top genetics suppliers and plant breeders. Before founding his own hybrid seed corn business in 2004, John had 14 years of soybeans sales and marketing experience with Latham Seed Company.

Mark Grundmeier, Soybean Product Manager
Mark has nearly 40 years of experience working in agronomy and product procurement. He works with multiple technology providers to evaluate and select new seed genetics for Latham’s corn, soybean and alfalfa brands. |

Lyle Marcus, Corn Product Manager
Lyle has 30+ years of experience in seed sales, product procurement and business management. He enjoys opportunities to share information on corn product positioning, crop growth and development and best production practices to create success for customers. |

Gary Geske, Northern Product Specialist
Gary brings more than 30 years’ experience in product management, research and sales to the Latham team after serving in a sales manager role for other seed companies. In 2001, he founded his own seed company, Quality Seed Genetics (QSG). After briefly working in the seed treatment business, he’s happy to return to his passion of selecting seed products that maximize growers’ returns. |

Myron Keltgen, Corn Product Specialist
Myron’s passion is selecting corn hybrids to match particular soil conditions and management practices. A native of South Dakota, Myron has over 30 years of experience in the seed industry with previous roles as district sales manager, regional sales manager, founder of his own seed company back in 2003. As Corn Product Specialist with Latham Seeds, Myron’s main focus is evaluating and selecting corn products that excel in the Latham footprint. |

Corey Catt, Forage Product Manager
As one of the industry’s most renowned forage specialists, Corey Catt brings more than 25 years’ experience in the forage industry and helps farmers strike the delicate balance between nature, science and technology. His main focus is development of new forage and alfalfa products and providing agronomic support to Latham’s sales team. |

Phil Long, Precision Agronomist
An Ohio native, Phil earned a master’s degree in Agronomy from Purdue University. He’s passionate about the process of agronomics and building relationships with farmers. |
